Shipping Information
Free Standard Shipping
At Nurevy, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders. We believe in transparent pricing, so shipping costs are already included in the price you see for our products.
Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing: We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery Times:
- United States: 2-5 business days after shipping
- International: 7-15 business days after shipping
In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Order Tracking
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order at any time by:
- Visiting our website and selecting "Track Your Order"
- Using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Contacting our customer service team at info@nurevy.com
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For deliveries within the United States, there are no additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
International orders may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices. Nurevy has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@nurevy.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
Damaged Items
All Nurevy products are carefully inspected for quality and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery at info@nurevy.com
- Include your order number and photos of the damage in your email
We will immediately arrange for a replacement or refund (your choice) at no additional cost.
Returns
60-Day Return Policy
We maintain a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Email info@nurevy.com to request your return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return label
- Ship the item back to the address provided in our return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive confirmation of your refund
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
After your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days to your original payment method. It may take a few days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Shipping Insurance
All Nurevy orders include shipping insurance at no additional cost.
